I.D.E.A. Consulting LLC designs and collects the required data for documenting Behavioral Health activities, analyzes the data, and produces the evaluation reports to demonstrate the number of persons served, the types of services received, and the effectiveness of services for client outcomes. Outcome data shows the impact of services and may include improvements in symptoms, successful living in the community, reduced admissions to inpatient services, and/or improved perception with services.
IDEA Consulting LLC provides consultation and mentoring to county staff and providers to create and sustain a comprehensive quality improvement program to meet state and federal regulations. Activities include downloading data from the Electronic Health Record (EHR); analyzing data to provide ongoing monitoring of timely access to services; reviewing utilization of high-cost services (e.g., inpatient, IMD, Board and Care); monitoring quality; and analyzing client and system outcomes. Compliance data, including staff productivity, workload, and staff assignment to the program, is also analyzed.
